If you are new to Recovery College, you need to complete this registration form. The registration form provides us with your personal details so we know how to contact you, if you have any support needs we need to be aware of, and your emergency contact details.

If you have been to Recovery College before, and already filled this form in then you do not need to fill it in again. Instead, please email [email protected] with the courses you are interested in and our administration team will process your booking and confirm that the existing details we have for you are correct.

Recovery College processes your information for the purpose of delivering the courses you have signed up for. Some of our courses are run in partnership with other organisations; to deliver these courses together, we will share necessary information with our partners, this will include the names of attendees and any medical or learning needs that you have identified we should be aware of. The organisations we work with will always be made clear when you sign up for a course and we will never share your information with anyone who does not have a legitimate need to know it. Emergency Contact Details We reserve the right to contact them if we have an urgent concern for your wellbeing during your course attendance. We wouldn't contact the Emergency person without it being something urgent or serious.
